This master suite project was a part of a larger project that consolidated three condos into one single-family residence along the St. John's River in the San Jose/San Marco area. The three separate condos each had a master suite; one was rebuilt to the bedroom area and another adjoining bedroom and bath were used to create the bathroom suite.
