The original floor plan of this beautiful Granada home included a small kitchen that was left disconnected from the backyard pool and entertaining areas. The Turnage Company took over a bedroom and bath, removed the walls and mechanical equipment to create a spacious, bright eat-in kitchen with custom cabinetry and a breakfast area with built-in banquet. A one story addition was constructed with a new bedroom and two baths. The backyard garage was demolished and a large new one was built in the corner of the lot. The much needed storage above the garage can be reached by a full size stairway. Covered walkways with brick pavers and architectural details connect the garage to the kitchen and new covered rear porch.
