This project is a comprehensive renovation and conversion in the Riverside Avondale Historic District. Over the years, the apartments had been converted into offices and other commercial uses as well as continued residential use. Recently the complex has been converted back to residential condominiums. Our client bought two first-floor condos that had last been used as a doctor's office, and engaged our compnay to plan, design, and convert the two units into a single-family residence.

The units were totally re-wired, re-plumbed, and re-conditioned, in addition to restoring custom millwork, finishes, doors and windows.
