This project was an enormous undertaking to convert a riverfront triplex condominium with no street appeal into a single-family estate-style residence.

A trio of double-car garages completely surrounded any semblance of front entryway to any of the three units, making an attractive entrance high priority. Garages were removed and a new four-car garage constructed more strategically located to serve the new residence. A totally new façade and porch entry were constructed to more aptly serve the new estate.
