Although this historic Avondale home was originally constructed in 1925, our client was only the third owner.

The client purchased the house when it was in quite a state of disrepair. Structural work was required, and the plumbing and HVAC were replaced. The attic was redesigned to accomodate the need for additional bedroom space.

This project won a Remodeler's Council Award for Historic Restoration.
